Title, country, settings and selection are unknown ..
.. consequently, no one can guess your problem.
Please close SF and try to rename the cache dir in
%AppData%\DVDFab\StreamFab\rootCachePath
and relogin
Ideally attach always your StreamFab.log if you have a SF problem.
