RTL+ not working?

Hi,

RTL+ is currently not working for me. StreamFab doesn’t analyze any videos, and the download button at the bottom never appears.

I noticed there were some forum threads mentioning the new RTL+ website/app design and URL changes. Is this a known issue, and is a fix planned for an upcoming update?

Unfortunately, I also can’t switch back to the old RTL+ version anymore, so that’s not an option.

It’s been like that ever since the beta site was discontinued ..
.. you need to enable automatic analysis in the SF settings => see here

Yes, thank you, that worked.

I had disabled that setting because it was annoying that the download prompt kept popping up every time I clicked on something or went back while browsing. But for RTL+, I’ll just leave it enabled and use it that way.

Yep, I’m also not happy that RTL+ DL no longer offers manual analysis.

Because after the short test like yesterday, when I activated Auto Analysis,
I forgot to deactivate it again afterwards (once again) ..
.. and with some providers, the analysis restarts unintentionally over and over again.

btw: You can see in “OPEN Problem Reports” (end march)
