Different Video Languages?

Unsure if I am missing a setting somewhere.
Some of the downloads have foreign language video. The audio is still English. Reminds me of Blu-rays where different “Title” sequences had different languages.

Are these just foreign shows to begin with?

Intertwined for example, this is what you see when you first play back. I suspect this is a ‘previously’ on the show.

For the show Invisible, this is what I am greeted with: (I think it is referring to bullying as the forced Subs say it)

Funny is it says “Disney+ Original” which implies US imperialism. When I see the actors speak they’re not speaking like old Bruce Lee dubsyncing.

I hate the way SF does not autoselect the Forced subs, and when you DL them, the Forced flag is not enabled, I have to edit via MKVToolnix.

And a real peculiar bug. When I mouse over the episodes, it does not tell me the Duration of the video, just the file size. Actually, scratch that, only 2 episodes do, the rest do not. When I switch to Details view the column for duration shows 2 out of all of them with a duration.

“Disney+ Original” series come from many countries ..
.. for example:
“Sam: A Saxon” is from Germany - info
“Perfect Crown” is from South Korea
“Entrepreneurs” is also from Spain

e.g. Netflix also produces series in numerous countries ..
