Apple TV Decryption Key Issue

I am having an issue downloading two episodes of Monarch on Apple TV due to Decryption Key issue. See attached.

This is also happening on S02E10 as well.

I am running on MacBook Pro Apple M1 Max
32BG Memory
Tahoe 26.5.2

I still cannot test a Mac version ..
.. so I tried s02e02+s02e10 with Win version and both dl fine:

It is still an issue on Mac, though. Is there anything I can do to help test, or logs that I can provide that will help explain the issue?

7.0.4.1 worked for Windows, but, Mac takes a while to catch up
