Amazon downloading failed

As the title suggests, Amazon videos can be played in the SF browser but fails to be analyzed or downloaded. And I have also reinstalled several old versions, but it still didn’t work.

btw: I can’t help asking a “stupid” question - you wrote:

www.primevideo.com/region/eu

Are you aware that none of the three countries are in the EU?

.. but in log I see UK

If you are connected via UK - try change Amazon Region to amazon.co.uk
and yes “Jurassic World” is available in UK, DE
and 120 other countries at PV - but not in US

I really appreciate your help. I tried to be connected via UK and change Amazon Region to amazon.co.uk as you told me, it did work.

Even so, most of the time I am connected via other regions such as Hong Kong and India at PrimeVideo, it fails to be analyzed or downloaded in recent days. But it did work just a few days ago. (I mean almost all the available videos not just the examples “Jurassic World” or “Jack Ryan: Ghost War” I gave.)

The website address is automatically directed to “eu”, and I can’t change it, but my VPN IP is really Hong Kong now. A few days ago it sometimes also directed to “eu”, and it still can be downloaded.

I just solved the problem! Since the Amazon account I’m using was rented from someone else, and it might be originally registered or set to the UK region, so it kept directing to Europe. After finally I found a way to change the territory manually, I was able to download successfully. Thanks to Germania so much for pointing out the region issue, and this thread can be closed.
