Crunchyroll side audio issue, need advice to get proper audio track.

So I seem to have found an issue on Crunchyrolls side where s04e01 of SAO has 2 JPN audio tracks. The first is actually totally wrong (as well as the first ENG subtitle track with it) and is actually for the intermission episode “Reflections” before it (an e00)

How can I go aboat getting that “second” but correct audio trackt? you can even see the issue on there page and there player. The link;

What is also interesting, the video seems to be linked to the audio as well? and changes on there site depending on which JPN audio you pick, though streamfab does grab the right video, probably because it grabbed the ENG first.

Again Bring up the “can we just have a download ALL audio and Subtitles” toggle…

just play the episode in question in SF (instead of S1E1), and SF will analyse that specific episode 🤷‍♂️

Your Miss understanding, it would seem that on crunchy rolls end as both E1 Reflections (actually an E0) and E1 In the far north share the same episode number in there system both the JPN audio, video tied to it, and the full ENG subtitles from both episodes are on both… and the JPN audio for reflections takes the first slot of JPN on both episodes… so SF seems to always grab the first instance of a given language, so it never grabs the actual JPN audio for “In the far north” but another copy of Reflections on the wrong episode…

Ok, Let me start over. I know this is NOT a StreamFab issue directly, but a Crunchyroll one.

The issue is that this;

And this;

Are both being considered the same episode (E1) in there system.

The episode Reflection is an intermission episode, one that catches those up with the current story, and is JPN audio only, no ENG.

The issue is when you rip In the Far North the first JPN audio track is actually for Reflection. The same is also true in reverse, the ENG audio of Reflection is actually In the Far North as Refection does not have ENG audio. The problem is there does not seem to be a way to grab the second JPN audio track, the one that’s actually for In the Far North. StreamFab only seems capable of grabbing the first audio track of a given language.

Here are screenshots of the Crunchyroll page for Reflection; (even though there both checked, the first is actually selected, and the Video for Reflection is the one that is played.)

And here is In the Far North; (the second JPN track selected, again changes the video)

As you can see there pointing to the same places as well…

The thing that is the most interesting is that on either episode if you select the other track (in other words of you “watching” Reflection and select the second JPN track, or are watching In the Far North and select the first JPN track) the page will still way to watching the original episode, but the video is actually from In the other episode…

So what I am asking is if there is a way to grab that second JPN audio track?

if i click the seconed japenese audio track just above English it switches to the far north episode (the girl pulling the veggies out of the garden at the start of the episode)

try copying the URL from the correct episode from your regular browser and paste it into streamfabs browser and see if that works.

ethrealjunk so are you saying that if you analyse that specific episode, you only get a single JP audio track listed in the drop down box?

Already have, The video was not the issue, the the JPN audio of In the Far North not being grabbable…

Does not matter which I analyze, they both have 2 in the CR page, On the Streamfab interface there is only one, track, and for both episodes there both the audio from Reflection.

The best why I can describe it is there is one file that both entries (“Reflection” and “In the Far North”) point to, but with different default starting tracks.
