Does anyone have a way to get the attention of customer support?
I bought the video refiner module a couple of days ago.
But, because they sent me the advert at an alternate email, I responded to it without thinking.
So, now this one module is registered under the wrong email.
I started two support tickets; immediately, they showed closed!!
I sent an email from the erroneous email address to the customer support.
Again, nothing.
How the hell do you get hold of these people?
