Ich vermute mal Du nutzt “Clipboard Inhalte überwachen”,
denn nur da wird mir “Best Quality” angeboten. Das liegt daran, dass
die Auswahl immer gleich ist, da der Video vorher nicht geprüft wird.
Um ein korrektes Angebot zu erhalten, muss der Video gestartet werden
und dann wird auch nur angezeigt, was tatsächlich verfügbar ist:
