How to change download default from YouTube Plus

I have purchased the DRM M3U8 downloader but when i try to download from the respective platforms, it always goes back to YouTube Plus Downloader and it says my free trial has expired. How do I force the downloader from the platform itself and not via YouTube?

I can’t test this, as I can use all the downloaders ..
.. but I assume it’s not possible, if no M3U8 button appears.

If you filter m3u8 in Browser - DevTools ..
.. you will see that YT don’t use m3u8

Germania I’m trying not to use YouTube Plus downloader but even when i’m on iqiyi/mangotv/youku, every time i try to download, it goes via YouTube or YouTube Plus. I can’t seem to force download via platforms themselves.
Even when I copy and paste the URL onto the ‘Downloads’ tab, nothing happens.
What am i doing wrong?

I may be wrong, and someone else correct me if I am wrong.
But I think a number of sites use the YT Plus downloader.

If so, you may want to look into buying it if it expired.

In fact, go.tlc.com did, and for some reason SF stopped using YT Plus and also defaulted to m3u8 and has issues.

On iquiyi I don’t detect any m3u

MangoTV offers me nothing (free content - account may be required)

youku offer me m3u8 button - but use YT Plus DL instead (or YT DL)

I don’t know why - I don’t have SF source code.
