Both works fine for me ..
.. then you should attach your StreamFab.log so there’s
a chance to figure out where your problem lies.
But first try with new cache:
Please close SF, go to %AppData%\DVDFab\StreamFab\rootCachePath
and rename the cache directory - then re-login, close tab and try again
(re-login is then required for all providers)
If this doesn’t help, try a complete uninstallation and reinstallation.
