Deinterlace Check Box DVDFab

Sometimes it checks the Box for me. Other times it doesn’t, even if its interlaced. I had to verify with another software. What if I just check the box always? Trying to get out of the guessing game. Mediainfo doesn’t always show if its progressive or interlaced. Any help would be appreciated. I am self taught.

To help us figure out why the deinterlacing box isn’t always auto-checked, please provide:

Which types of DVDs fail to auto-check? (e.g., movie main titles, extras, home discs, specific regions?) And which ones work correctly?
What output format/preset are you using? (e.g., MP4 H.264, MKV, etc.)
A full Source Info after loading the problematic DVD.
