Audio not in sync

Hi,
when i download some TV Shows (for example Halo, S01E01) the english Audio is in sync, but not the german.
At the beginning all is ok, but with time the audio is all more out of sync.
At last over -1500ms

Streamfab 7.0.4.2
Tried mp4 and mkv
Codec h265, 4k, hdr10+

Same when choose
h264 / FullHD, mp4

When downloading through amazon channel, Audio is fine
So, maybe it’s an Paramount+ ssue

If you get H265 .. you use the International version (59:05)

I tried Halo.s01e01 with German AAC and EAC3
Result: Both are asynchron

If I force the German version (59:30 in DE) - offer without H265

Both (AAC+EAC3) are synchron
