[macOS Silicon 7040] Downloading of Apple TV SD content doesn't work

I’m unable to download random SD content from Apple TV in the latest version of SF for Mac Silicon. Titles are available in their store right now, so no legacy content.

There’s an interesting pattern here as SF shows no audio in the menu after analyzing SD titles with AAC 2.0 audio. If I attempt downloading these titles, I receive the error code 802. An SD title with 5.1 and 2.0 audio correctly displays the audio in SF’s menu but after starting the download, SF can’t obtain the encryption key.

Tried restarting the downloads multiple times, cleared temp files, cache, restarted etc. to no avail.
