Thanks for the info. Do you know, where I could get help? My problem is a typo in the email-address when I made the order for StreamFab, so I wasn’t registered. Wrote mails, opened tickets, no response. I had to talk to my bank about a remittance - couldn’t help myself because nobody was reaching out to me.

I don’t know why it seemed less time. But yes from the 31st till the 7th you should have got a reply.

I highly suspect many staff are on summer vacation.
Either that or left or got let go.

Weekends alway have to wait longer, maybe something Monday or tuesday?
If not contact them again.
