Problem mit MagentaTV Germany

Hallo zusammen!

Ich habe das Problem, dass ich von MagentaTV derzeit keine aufgenommenen TV-Sendungen herunterladen kann. Den Ordner “rootCachePath” habe ich umbenannt, gelöscht etc., und trotzdem zeigt Streamfab die folgende Meldung, wenn ich den Content wiedergeben möchte: Abspielen nicht möglich

Wax kann ich tun? ist es ein Problem mit den UserAgent?

My problem is that I cannot currently download any recorded TV shows from MagentaTV. I renamed, deleted, etc., the “rootCachePath” folder, and yet Streamfab still displays the following message when I try to play the content:

Hast Du die akt. Beta von hier - sonst wird das nichts ..
Falls ja könnte HDCP Problem stimmen, wenn Du Dualmonitor hast oder Grabber ..
.. das sollte man testen können, indem Du es mit regulärem Browser (ohne SF) probierst.
Falls es stimmt ist kein HD verfügbar - ich muss dann auch meinen 2. Monitor abziehen

Do you have the latest beta from here? Otherwise, it won’t work ..
If so, it could be an HDCP issue if you’re using dual monitors or a capture card…
.. you should be able to test this by trying it with a standard browser (without SF).
If that’s the case, HD won’t be available - I have to unplug my second monitor too
