7.0.4.4 Fails To Process/Remux Analysed Amazon Prime Title

New version analyses titles from Prime (UK) and sends them to the queue for downloading no problem, but when it comes to processing/remuxing, these two procedures fail to engage - file is simply analysed from the queue and when processing/remuxing should start .. nothing. Result, no file on HD.

Uninstalled (full clean uninstall using paid version Revo uninstaller) and reinstalled the beta version of 7.0.4.3, same result, whereas beta version worked fine 2 days ago.

Have also raised support ticket .. for what good that will do.

Windows 10 Home (version 22H2) with extended security updates.

According to the log, you successfully downloaded S01E01 multiple times.

Yeah, I’ve just found them. Serious DUMBASS moment. For some reason they weren’t downloaded as single files, but tucked away in another folder, despite my disabling the setting for creating separate subfolders for each streaming website. I cannot thank you enough for your efforts here and genuine engagement to help, troubleshoot and fix the issue. You truly are awesome dude. THANK YOU.
