Well, they manage a lot of applications, and the one that sells the most gets the most love. They have done great job the past 2 years of trying to zig when streamers zag. They do get to it eventually, and I have been super happy when they can get it working right again. It’s not their fault, the music sites keep messing with stuff, and they have to re-engineer a sollution many times each year for many different sites. Be patient, they will get to it.
