richard Using 7.0.4.6 the error message 10-01 is being shown by ITVX meaning the browser needs updating. Rolling back to 7.0.4.3 as suggested in an earlier post and it works.
Germania I can’t confirm this - no error in player on my end .. .. after fresh login, try SF restart
richard Thanks for your reply. I upgraded to 7.0.4.6 again using the offline installer and it works. So not sure what was going on.
