Disney is not downloading new releases in 2160p.

I’m trying to download the latest episode of the Furious series in 2160p, but it’s only downloading in 1080p. In version 7.0.4.7

SF can’t download what not exist ..
.. unlike ep7, H265 is currently not offered for ep8 on D+ - meaning no 4K either

Of course, SF has no influence on the D+ offer ..
.. and ep7 works with 7047 in 4k - so no SF issue

Seems the latest episode of Furious is only available in H.264 1080p, with this showing up in my 7047 log:-

2026:08:31-21:50:06 0x00002460 [Critical]: [default] void __cdecl DRMDownLoaderMetaPlusWidget::setCefControl(class CefControl *) getSupportVideoVersionInfo failed

Same with 7046, so not a regression; old stuff seems alright for 4K…

Germania it’s plausible Disney changed something on their end that’s causing SF to trip over the function that’s failing in the log. OP should’ve posted a log with the problem report…

It’s not an SF issue (or change) - I get without SF
(using PlayReady) H265 for ep1-7 - but not for ep8

In case there was a change with D+ ..
.. what is actually offered in the D+ app? (I can’t test it myself)

Germania my concern is that, internally, SF logs that the call to getSupportVideoVersionInfo() fails for that episode… 🤷‍♂️

UPD: seems OK now, was probably a weird glitch on D+'s end as @Germania said…
