I get a blank (white) screen when I select an app.

I get a blank (white) screen when I select an app. Why can’t I see the app info. I just upgraded to the latest version.

This usually happens with online update
(I know why I don’t recommend that)

Uninstall SF complete, restart win and reinstall SF
