Hi everyone, is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Why can’t I download videos in 1080p on NF anymore? When I analyze a video, it says “1080p (if available)”, but everything was working fine for the past two weeks. Now I’m having this issue with every show.

Some Titles are not offered in 1080p ..
.. please name affected title, country and selected video codec

I can only download in 540p for all titles, here in France. I tried to download, for example, “As the Crow Flies”

But since today, I’m getting a message saying:
“This TV Show might not be available in the 1080p version, but StreamFab will still download other shows in this version if available.”

Yesterday, it was working fine?

No problem on my end (just now)

Either you’re using an outdated SF version (old Widevine) ..
.. or I assume their is something wrong with your cache:

Please close SF, go to %AppData%\DVDFab\StreamFab\rootCachePath
delete 148 directory and rename the cache directory
then re-login, close tab and try again
(re-login is then required for all providers)

It doesn’t work with the 7.0.4.6 version for MAC because the skip auto analyze doesn’t work, it just keeps analyzing. I have the 7040 version and it’s working. I did all that and I still have the same issue 🙁

It’s nice that you mention in your third post (!) that this is about a Mac ..
.. Problems with Netflix and Mac have been known => here

Without a functioning SF fix, no assistance in forum is possible in this regard.
