I used title 50, which is the title shown on my dvd player with original playing, with 6.2.0.5 and also disabled the pathplayer. Movie appears to be in order with one minor glitch. Audio is not synched with video for several minutes at the beginning... where he is walking down the street and discovers the little girl playing in the house.
I am now trying 31.

DVDFab 6.2.0.5 can do this movie Full DVD with pathplayer always enabled

I don't know what i'm doing wrong, i've tried turning the pathplayer on, off, sometimes on...but i can't even get past where it scans the disc, it just freezes up and stops responding.....and yes i've downloaded the new version as well as paid for the subscription.....any ideas?

OK, new to posting on the forum so I hope I provide all the information necessary. I have the newest version of DVDFab, 6.2.0.5 and it is a registered paid copy. When I rip Up, it seems to work fine and the folder on the hard drive where it is stored indiacted 5.27GB of space. When I try to burn to disc however, it only wants to burn 584MB which I know is not right. I have tried PP on and off (does this setting matter with using full disc or only with main movie?) I played the disc in media player and my title is 50 so I am attempting to rip title 50 with PP off to see if I have better luck. Any thoughts on why some people seem to be having no issues ripping and burning as they always have and others have to try this main movie technique?

Hey nighthawk9. I backed up th movie UP I used Pathplayer set at enable when necessary and used Mian movie. I got I file size of 5.38 gb and burnt into onto a verbatum d/l using imgbrn. Fab read the title in main movie as 27-1. Hope this helps

I will try doing that. On another note, track 50 worked perfect for me using the main movie method, no issues.

Full disc with pathfinder enabled did the trick. Watching the back up now.
70 minutes into the movie and no freezes or issues.
Excellent quality.

I am trying to rip UP with Full disk/pathplayer enabled like suggested above. I am still getting the same result where there are portions at the begining of the movie that skip ahead and don't play correctly. I am using the trial version...will the full version make a difference? Is anyone else still seeing this issue with version 6.2.0.5?

The 30 day trial has all the same features as the paid version. Have you tried watching the original DVD in your DVD player to see if you get same problem with it? Also try lowering the burn speed to 4x and not burn at max speed as that could be what is wrong. Use only Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden blank media for best results as well

I'm getting the exact same behavior. Hopefully it will be fixed in a future build without having do anything tricky.... they work pretty hard at ironing out issues like this.

I just ripped UP with Full disk/pathplayer enabled like suggested above and its all fine no problems and all is well i think the trial version is for showing you it works in general but not on all i am not saying this is a fact but my opinion so if you are haveing problems with the trial version then just buy it i mean come on are you that broke. once again paid version here and never any problems!!

The trial is fully functional for 30 days. The problem people are having with "UP" could be a bad original disc and/or Fab's configuration settings. As many others have said before Pathplayer must be enabled with that title.

OR... they are using the other version of this disc... keep in mind, there are two versions of this disc.

I just got through backing up my dvd copy of UP which is the 4 disc version which includes the blu-ray,dvd, digital copy and blu-ray special features. With pathfinder set to always enabled backed up entire disc just fine main movie was title 31. I did find a bug when ever you use the same folder as your source does not show the correct size and all the titles are the wrong length as far as time does not see title 31. Need Signals, Gregiboy, and Wild and Blue to try so they can see what I'm talking about. This needs to be reported to Fengtao so it can be fixed in the release.

Actually 3 versions of this disc was released. A Single disc DVD, A 2 disc Blu-ray with DVD and then a single disc DVD with out a menu
