    Log Files Help Our Developers Troubleshoot Your Problems Quickly

    Log files contain important information which can help our developers locate and troubleshoot your problems, so that they can come up with possible solutions to help you out in the shortest time possible.

    Therefore, whenever you encounter a problem using DVDFab products, such as a crash, freeze, etc., it is recommended that you immediately use the Feedback system built inside the program to report the problem, together with the log files attached.

    Once the log files are sent, you will get a unique Feedback ID. Then, you can email our Service Team or post a thread in our Forum, tell us this Feedback ID, so that we can quickly locate your log files from others.

    Check below to see how:

    1. Whenever you encounter a problem, click the Feedback tab from the drop-down menu.

    2. Describe your problem in detail, check the option Attach log files, and then click the Send button. However, if you want to describe your problem in great detail via email or in the Forum, you can simply enter “Log Upload” in the description area here.

    3. Once your message is sent successfully, a unique Feedback ID will be assigned to you.

    4. Copy & paste this Feedback ID when you post your problem in our Forum or email our Service Team, and then we can use this ID to locate your log files efficiently.

    Once we got your log files, we will start to analyze your problem and get back to you with possible solutions in the shortest period.

    Please post your logs the default location is:
    For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
    For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
    Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
    If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
