In the event you are unable to analyze or rip a dvd with DVDFab and suspect it is a copy protection issue, please follow the recommended procedure:
1. Insert the original disc into DVD/Blu-Ray drive, run DVDFab to open it.
(NOTE: even if DVDFab fails to open the disc, you can go to step 2).
2. Open "Common Settings -> "Info" window, choose the correct DVD/Blu-ray drive, click "Send IFO Files" button.
3. Fill out the DVD Report - Info
4. Click Send

The report contains the IFO and BUP files, system and disc information and a text file containing the data in the Info window. The Send button will upload the files to the developers for analysis. An email account is no longer required to send this data with version 5 or later, only an internet connection
