TV shows - ISO or MKV?

Just curious what other users are doing about TV shows?

I have a DMS, and have so far mostly used it for blu-ray movies, but I have a fair amount of TV show series on DVD.

For blu-ray, I've exclusively used the "ISO" mode, and thats worked great.

Are there any pros/cons to ISO vs MKV as it relates to TV episodes?

I myself use iso mode for my tv shows and it works fine.

ISO for TV series for me too no issues, although im back on 1.0.1.0 as when I tried 1.0.1.2 none of the TV series showed up, so went back to 1.0.1.0 and everything showed up as it used too
