Hi,
Given the DMS is essentially an Android TV box, It would be a great value add feature if it included apps for Netflix, amazon prime video, hulu, playstation vue, etc right out of the box.
I realize you can go to the google play store to get many of these, but I found using the user interface very cumbersome with just the remote, and feel like many customers may not even realize this box can fully replace a Roku, Amazon Fire Stick, Apple TV etc..
It used to be that DMS had a market advantage, in that it was the only device that could play ISO files and display the DVD/Blu Ray menus.
We're starting to see apps for other platforms such as Apple TV that now support playing a movie from an ISO file, so the gap is starting to narrow.
It would be good for DMS sales if the DMS could be positioned as a competitor for roku, appletv, amazon fire stick, etc. All you would need to do for that to happen is include a few streaming apps by default.
