1.0.3.7 problem

Added 3 movies to the MS via DVDFAB. It does not see all 3. I've tried an update library, a rebuild and a power switch reboot of the MS with no luck

I backed my movies to another disk, installed in the MS and the new movies I added previously showed up.
I just added 2 movies and they are not showing. Never had this problem before.
I'm confused.

Still cannot figure out how to upload my log


I power switched off and moved to a different TV. Found both movies although one will not update. Shows a blank poster. Searching(2018)

No need, there are must have some special case for this

I just installed 1.0.3.6 and having the same problems. Not seeing the new movies and rebuild doesn't seem to work.
Should I do a reset?

I did a power off/on of the MS
A rebuild
Reboot of my PC
The log file is still 0 bytes

I enabled the developer option and still 0 bytes

One item I just noticed. Usually on a rebuild database after it restarts the MS if you look at the movies they are no posters and they slowly rebuild.
Now it appears that all the posters are still there. It's like its doing an update and not a rebuild

Signals, I did this multiple times. The file is always 0 bytes in size.
I have not done the developer step

Movies are all main movie ISO files
Yes I did a rebuild and they are still not found

The MS does not see all 3
They are in the DVDFAB directory on the MS
They are not in Movies, TV Shows or the Video listings

I did an update library and then a rebuild and they still do not show up

Any idea what could be happening?

What format of 3 movies , mkv or others ?
Did you rebuild the library, they still cannot be found in any place ?
