    General Feedback How do I get my faulty Movie Server fixed under warranty?

    One of the two USB ports on my DVDFab Movie Server is faulty as previously posted on this forum. I have contacted support three times asking how to get this fixed under warranty and I have been unable to make any progress.

    The first contact with support, your engineer suggested the USB port was probably a hardware problem, but DMS 2 might fix it. I waited, and I wasn't surprised that it didn't fix it.
    The second contact asking for warranty repair got no reply at all after two months.
    Yesterday I had a response from my third support contact requesting warranty repair (and I quote) "The usb port must be broken. Please use another 3.0 usb port"!

    This is not acceptable.

    DVDFab sell the Movie Server clearly specifying a 12 month warranty, which is of course in addition to my European statutory rights.

    I am getting nowhere with your support and I'm beginning to think the warranty is an empty promise. Please advise.

    The usb port must be broken. Please use another 3.0 usb port.
