    BD Ripper (3D Plus) Remove bitrate limitation on mp4 conversion

    I would like to create a .MP4 file at the same bitrate as the blu-ray. This would involve removing the bitrate limitation in the converter. Essentially a passthrough to .MP4 in addition to the .m2ts.passthrough feature.
