I would like to see this feature in both ripper's not just BD. In Handbrake I can take one audio track and mux it into my mp4 or mkv container in two separate formats to insure comparability with different devices.
For example, if I have a title that has a ac3 5.1 English track, I create two tracks. The first is an AAC stereo mixdown track and the second an AC3 pass through of the original 5.1 track. This makes it so if I play the file back on hardware that can only interpret the stereo I get audio but, if the hardware can handle the original audio I can use track 2.
so to be clear:
Source File (Video Track + AC3 5.1 English Track)

V
Output Container (Compressed AVC Video Track + Mixed Down AAC stereo English Track + AC3 5.1 English Track)
