DVDFab (UI/General) new forum software

I would like to suggest some new forum software, something newer like

its open source ... and the current forums which looks to be running vbull ... is really outdated. vbull 4.0 is out but still you could get a really great setup at no cost with something like vanilla forums, i would even prefer phpbb.

This version is a little clunky looking, but it's more the quality of the info than the glitz that really matters. Plus, I have too much time invested in learning the ins and outs of VBull (but it is not my decision).
