BD Ripper (3D Plus) Chapter Names in MKV's

I'd love for DVDFab to be able to either:

A) Name the chapters if the disc/folder contains names (rather than generic 'Chapter 1', 'Chapter 2', etc.)

or

B) Allow me to import a chapter file containing names that I've saved/exported from a third party product. Preferably .xml or .chapters.
