DVDFab (UI/General) Option to adjust read speed for optical drive

Some other programs have the option to set the read speed of the optical drive to something lower than MAX.

This is useful because drives are sometimes able to better read damage discs when running at a slower speed.

This capability would benefit users of the Copy, Ripper, and Passkey products.

Can this option be added?
