1) When using the cropping/resizing if a chapter range is selected only show that range in the slider options and allow for smaller jumps across the slider.
2) allow the option to set the width only and then have DVDfab automatically set the height to proper AR.
3) When cropping the output screen shows no bars, but whe encoding the bars are put on top and bottom on some video files.
