DVDFab (UI/General) MGVC(MASTER GRADE VIDEO CODING) support

Some BD titles in Japan support 12-bit color depth "MASTER GRADE VIDEO CODING" with additional 8-bit color depth stream.
Is there any way to rip MGVC format?

This link of the posted links shows a picture side by side with the improved color what a difference this is going to make for those that can't read the script a picture is worth a thousand words.I hope all country's use this in the near future.
