BD Copy Encrypted ISO Creation

For Protections which aren't supported at the moment it should be possible to create an 1:1 ISO with encryption for later decryption.
The Playstation 3 with CFW isn't able to decrypt in any way but it can create encrypted ISOs which DVDFab can decrypt then.
