I only have a couple dozen 4K releases. When my Sony UBP-X800 was new, there were occasional lockups, but that seems to have gone away after a few firmware updates. I can put any of my commercial 4K releases in and expect flawless playback—until now.
I've gotten two copies of this release from Best Buy, and both result in the same error, something to the effect that the disc isn't supported, may be scratched or dirty, or may not be finalized. Again, all my other 4K discs play just fine.
Anyone else? Could it be some new copy protection my player can't handle?
