General question about java protection

I have had Karate Kid Legends for 3 weeks now. I posted in the "Decryption Updates" thread. There has been 1 DVDFab update since I have been trying the disc, but I am still getting the "Don't worry, we have the info and it will be 1-3 days" message.

Am I reporting this correctly?
