Using version 8.0.5.0 of DVDFab, I was able to copy the Toy Story 3 DVD to my hard drive (both 'Full' and 'Main Movie'). Both of these play natively in Windows Media Player, but when I try to use DVD Ripper to convert it to an iPhone compatible format, it gets 'stuck' at 100% and I have to use task manager to kill the program.
I've attached the dvdfab_burn_vso.log and dvdfab_internal.log files in hopes there is some useful info. You'll notice in the files that I was also failing in the same way in version 8.0.3.2 before giving the latest version a try.
I'm running on a Windows 7 Ultimate machine (32 bit) which has successfully ripped many, many other DVDs successfully.
Any advice appreciated.
Thanks,
