Lifetime is Expired

I purchased platinum which says it includes not only copy, but Ripper. And it says Ripper , rips to mobile formats. But with more recent upgrades the Mobile option is blocked, saying my life time subscription to Ripper has "Expired" ????? How can a bloody lifetime subscription "expire" ?

can someone explain this?

it not expired you just did not activate it correctly. go to dvdfab.com and click members area. register for members area using the email you originally purchased with. once registered download your all in one activation key and activate to have what you paid for

Do what DVDPhantom says, and do not post the same thing more than once in the forum. If it does not work, send an email to service@dvdfab.com. Your list in the members area will show which modules you are licensed for, (if it says "Platinum 3.x" it should work for DVD Ripper also).
