No SSIF folder for 3D in Blu-ray copy mode?

I tried a variety of of 3D ISOs and the process goes through without a hitch. I get 2 streams within the BDMV folder but no SSIF (hence no 3D playback). I always choose the BD-50 option (no re-encode).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
