Ever since I installed the newest version of DVDFab 9 on my computer the ripping function of my DVDFab 8 won't work...it just sits at 0% and never encodes any video. Also while it sits at 0% the cancel button doesn't work and the only way to stop the process is to close the program. This is forcing me to have to use DVDFab 9 when I don't want to for ripping the video file to my computer.
Also if I remove DVDFab 9 from computer, then DVDFab 8 works perfectly again.
