Hi Fiery
Is this during the copy or the burning phase?
If copying it may be a new protection that the developers will have to deal with.
If this is during the burning phase, your log still shows Burn disc space is: 4488 did you try lowering it as I suggested earlier?
Please post your burn log
Now to the problem, I uninstalled all previous and the latest version of DVDFab, cleaned out the Registry of all traces of the software.
Rebooted and tried again, still same problem, so I ran through a mental checklist of possible causes, the light globe came on. Firmware updates for DVDROM's. My D:\ which is where I put the DVD's to be read on had the latest update. My E:\, the one I use to burn actually had an update. What have I got to lose, updated the firmware in my E:\ , and it starts to copy at it's normal pace.
I am currently watching my DVDfab Full Disk copy of Riddick for any stutters etc.
So I will get back to you to let you know if it played fully.
All 3 disks appear to hang on the same .VOB file VTS_08_2

No I didn't own the first two disks, my friends did, however who said I was burning the copy for me? I have the PC the software, and the smarts to do it for them
I am fully aware it is illegal to copy movies that aren't owned, in fact making a backup could be considered illegal.
But if that was the case wouldn't you guys be out of business?

I have read the link
quote "but believe that consumers that purchase entertainment media products have the Fair Use right to 1) make a single backup copy for security purposes"
I do apologise if by doing my friends a favour, I have committed a sin, I personally don't see what if anything I have done wrong, by helping out my friends.
If it was a rental, then yes, I would be breaking the Law, but I now have my own copy, and am still experiencing the same problems.
The other 2 disks were friends disks OP only brought the 3d disk because the other 2 didn't work and their for is in violation of Fab policy OP didn't own the disk to begin with.Other Moderators have said this forum can be closed down for this reason.
FIERY:We don't need to see crap like this in your 1st sentence in your last post.
Your post should be deleted and you warned on 2 counts first because of your 1st sentence and second because we don't use Fab with disks you don't own you did it with 2 friends disks.
I still have to uninstall the older versions and reinstall the new version.
But I am thinking it must be a Region protection, because this time, yes a 3rd disk, a brand spanking new one. (the other two were friends originals). Is having problems copying the full disk!
It analyzes fine, but this brand new copy, will not even get off the start mark!
Oh and CBR what did you end up having a boy or a daddy's little girl?

Hi Fiery
Path player should be set to always enabled but, in some cases disabling it will get the job done.
4482 is still too large I think, even for Verbatim discs.
My bike is a Honda 2001 CBR929RR, bought it brand new but, I only rode it for 3 years then put it away when my wife was pregnant with my son, I vow to get it out this year or sell it.

Hi Fiery
From your logs it looks as though it opened the DVD with path player disabled.
As stated from my friends, we will also need your burn logs, and it may be a new copy protection schema for your region.
A few things to try:
1) Install ImgBurn and use it to make your ISO file, you will find instructions in the link in my signature on setting it up with Fab.
2) Lower your output size in Fab, pulled from your log: OutputSize: 4482 MB
4482 is to large, even when using quality media. Mine is set to 4472 using quality media (Verbatim), try setting it to 4472 or the default 4300.
@ signals at the end of the log it shows that she made an AVI
Give these suggestions a try and post back.

I generally have the Pathplayer set to use if needed, but with this particular movie, all the software was doing was trying to open the source, so I tried it with Pathplayer enabled ... same thing .. the only other option was to disable it and voila it opened ... just the damn thing would not copy
I gave up on the .ISO .. and the only blank media is Verbatim
Oh and just for the record, this is the first time I have not been able to copy a full disk using DVDFab
Nothing on my OS is set to auto update, so when I tried with the first disk to copy it, and it was a no go, I came and got the latest version. In the past it has always done the trick.
As for .AVI, yes I have it, am I happy with it? No. If I had wanted an .AVI I am sure there are places out there where I could have downloaded it from. I like having the entire disk copied, as a backup, that includes all the added Extras!
By the way not that I am into motorbikes, but what sort is that one? My husband has a Daytona Triumph, in the same Canary yellow lol
