I installed the Samsung SH-S223C (Super Writemaster) internal CD/DVD writer into my Windows 7 64bit machine. Windows sees the drive and I am able to record to it using Nero...but DVDFAB does not see the drive. If I put in a DVD movie disc, windows will try to open it but FAB does not attempt to find it. I am using the latest version of FAB.
Has anyone else had issues with this drive or a similar drive? I had no issues with my previous DVD drive. The only difference between the 2 is the new drive is SATA and the old is IDE...but I dont think that should matter.
