Trying to Purchase DVD Fab All in One? Bank card said no way try using Pay Pal what options do I have??

SO these problem persists I've been a loyal costomer for years and customer service is really not helping me so I'll ask here. is there a Visa gift card option that will work??

As none of my cards will allow overseas purchases any longer.

Call the bank of your credit card tell them you want a 1 time credit card number to purchase a overseas purchase they give you a special one use credit card number then you should be good.:)
