DVDFab stopped working "free usage has ended" / can't authorize / website login fails

When I today started DVDFab ait told me the free usage of it has ended (I have a lifetime license for them).
I tried to authorize again but the login failed with "email or password wrong".
When trying to login at the website into the userconsole the login also failed. After entering the email/password combination after submit the screen stays white looking like it keeps trying to login.....
Is there a general downtime?
