DVDFab13(13.0.3.9 & 13.0.4.0) Main Movie issues(partial of movie)...

Since 4/29/25 USA with DVDFab13.0.3.9 and now 13.0.4.0 have been dealing with issues with support and not being able to copy the "Main Movie"? What happens with BOTH .iso or UHD of The Accountant is it only copies 14mins or 8.7Gb of the 57.8Gb movie, even when the TrueHD format is correctly selected... Has anyone had this issue occur, as I painstakingly wait for a supervisor and developer to correct the main purpose of the software to work properly....

I'm running Win10 Pro 64bit and exclusively only download the 64bit offline version of the software and have tried twice now to remove everything to do with DVDFab using Revo Uninstall Pro to remove every piece of the software and is custom installed to my external PCIE-16 m.2 RAID array with continued issues...

Why is it so hard to support the product you sell, especially when it SHOULD be able to copy 1:1 "Movie Only" but reduces the file size? If I clone the movie(iso) it copies 1:1, so what's the problem with "Movie Only?"...
Support is all but lacking and messages closed while you wait for the developer to do their job; make it work the way its suppose to...

There isn't much information from the Log file you provided, please kindly use the latest DVDFab 13 to load the disc to try it again. And then send the latest log file to us. Thank you in advance.

Your developers need to answer why a 1:1 .iso (Clone) is only achievable in the latest DVDFab 13 (13.0.4.3 and back to 13.0.3.9), and not in "Main Movie" mode? I can't be the only one with this issue, and not my fault your logfile isn't giving you the information you need...? I select the "Other Title" and this states 02:07:54, but the file is reduce to 15 mins and the last one 8min!

6/8/25@ 11:14:16 USA time I started a new process, using my M.2 SSD and the Accountant 1:1 copy from MakeMKV instead of "Clone"(DVDFab13), selecting same method "Other Titles"

@11:25:00(11min) into procedure I got a popup stating that a Report was sent; I couldn't fill anything out, because the report sent popup was on top of the form asking for my name & email, so I don't know how you will associate this report to my account...? You need to translate this into English, so one doesn't have to translate it AND the report can be associated with the correct person...

The same thing happened in that the DVDFab 13(13.0.4.3) clipped the video from 2:07:54 down to 1min16sec 269mb file! I would imagine this is the reason the popup report was sent, but the million dollar question is whether you got the said report? Why is DVDFAb 13.0.4.3 showing a completed 02:07:54 file @ 47.565Gb when its a 269mbb 1min16sec file?
