This has always been a problem and I'm getting really tired of trying to Start DL's after selecting stuff to DL. I'm constantly moving my mouse cursor around just to enable a download. There is really is no need for these notification balloons (Resume Task), especially on top of what you want to select. Clicking on Resume Task does nothing. This is a simple fixable issue so please wrap this fix into your next revision, please. My display resolution is 2K 2560p X 1440p, fyi.
