I am trying to simply transfer one mkv movie of about 2.3 GB's onto a BD25.
Following the instructions carefully, I keep getting an unable to complete/failed message during conversion.

I did complete one disc, my very first one, but it had no audio.
Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong as right now I feel like I just wasted $40 !?
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software.
I do have two versions of DVD Fab installed, one is a Blu Ray copy/Burning part of the software. It has expired, but I simply never updated it and am still able to use it. I just added the BluRay Creator and downloaded the very latest software for that. I never have the two version running or open at the same time.
Please help with the Creator as I have a stack of MkV HD files that I want to get onto Bluray !!
