A/V out-of-sync for MainMovie "Inception" (R2)

Source: Blu-ray "Inception" (Region2)

1) FullDisc copy to hard disk (Audio is fine!)
2) Copy/compress MainMovie from FullDisc-Folder to 25GB
3) Selected options
- "Remove HD Audio": yes
- "High Quality": yes
- "H.264 Encoder": Software
- "Lightning-Recoding": NO

=> after roughly 7hours of encoding:
A/V are out of sync!
... happens with v8.138 and 8.159

NOTE:
- 'Inception' MainMovie consists of 29(!) stream-files (=m2ts)
- Problem didn't happen with another movie consisting of just a single m2ts
